How are Irish Birth, Death and Marriage Research Records Shipped?
My Birth Cert uses An Post (Ireland's Postal Service) and DHL Express to deliver all its certificates
Worldwide Standard Post
Once your certificate leaves our office it will take the following number of days to receive your cert with An Post:-
- Ireland takes 1 working day.
- European countries takes 2-5 working days.
- Rest of the world takes 7-10 working days.
Worldwide Express Post
Once your certificate leaves our office it will take the following number of days to receive your cert with An Post:-
- Ireland takes 1 working day.
- European countries takes 2-3 working days.
- Rest of the world takes 5 working days.
DHL Express Service
Once your Research Record leaves our office it will take the following number of days to receive record cert with DHL:-
- European countries takes 1 working day.
- Non EU European countries takes 1-3 working days.
- Rest of the world takes 3-5 working days.
Notes: An Post or DHL do not ship on weekends and Public Holidays so allowances to the estimated delivery times should be made.
Delays may occur as a result of Customs intervention or Force Majeure events.
